What is Creative's Flow Distribution?
Creative's Flow Distribution is a boutique music distribution and rights-administration partner for early-stage labels, creative entrepreneurs and legacy catalog owners. It delivers releases to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, TikTok, YouTube and the other major services, manages YouTube Content ID, migrates catalogs without losing stream history, and offers rights administration through Mind Your Music Biz, LLC. Labels are taken on by application, and the company never takes equity.
Who can distribute with Creative's Flow?
Labels and catalog owners that operate as a registered business or are ready to set one up, have a catalog that is live or a first release ready to deliver, and own or control their master rights. Creative's Flow Distribution supports Indie labels, Legacy artists and catalogs, and AI artists and labels, but does not run an open upload portal; everyone comes in through an inquiry. Artists and new labels who aren't there yet start in the Creative's Flow Ecosystem, which is open to everyone.
Does Creative's Flow distribute AI-generated music?
Yes. Creative's Flow distributes fully human, AI-assisted and AI-generated recordings for labels that hold the rights. Every release has its AI involvement is written into the delivery metadata using the DDEX fields that Spotify and other services read. Recordings that contain a digital replica of a real person's voice are not delivered without documented consent.
How does AI disclosure reach Spotify and other services?
Only through the distributor's delivery. DDEX ERN 4.3.2 carries a ContainsAI indicator (All, Partly or None) and per-role generative-AI contributor credits; the distributor writes these into the release and the service displays them, which on Spotify appears as AI Credits in song credits. There is no way for an artist or label to add the disclosure after the fact from a dashboard, so Creative's Flow sets it at delivery.
What is the difference between distribution and rights administration?
Distribution gets the recording onto the services and collects the recording royalties the services pay. Rights administration registers the songs and recordings with collecting societies and publishing bodies, collects the publishing and neighbouring-rights income those bodies pay, checks splits and metadata before release, and resolves claims and conflicts. Creative's Flow provides distribution directly and rights administration through Mind Your Music Biz, as an optional add-on.
Can I move my catalog from another distributor without losing my streams?
Yes. Creative's Flow migrates catalogs by claiming the existing releases at the service level, so stream counts, playlist placements and release history carry over. The take-down-and-re-upload approach that resets your numbers is not used.
What does Creative's Flow do for legacy catalogs?
For catalogs from the '80s and '90s, reverted rights and estates, Creative's Flow moves the catalog with its history intact, cleans up ISRC, ISWC and split registrations, recovers unclaimed and misallocated royalties through Mind Your Music Biz, and helps owners get a catalog back out under their own control when rights revert or terminate.
How long is a Creative's Flow distribution agreement?
Two years, renewing two years at a time. Both distribution and rights administration are fee-based services; Creative's Flow does not take equity in a label, its masters or its publishing.
What is the Creative's Flow Ecosystem and what does it cost?
The Creative's Flow Ecosystem is a 24-module music business curriculum and community on Skool, built from three decades plus inside the industry. The Foundation pathway is $60 per month, the Label pathway is $249 per month, Operations is a semester-based music business curriculum for charter high schools and community colleges across the United States, in development, and Workspace is AI-assisted business infrastructure for independent labels (operating systems, SOP implementation, AI agents and workflow automation), available January 2027. The four pathways, Foundation, Label, Operations and Workspace, map to learn, build, teach and operate the business. Through December 31, 2026 there are founding seats: 50 Foundation seats at $500 a year and 15 Label seats at $2,000 a year, each a rate locked for life while the seat stays active. A founding seat opens the first twelve modules immediately and the second twelve on day 91, instead of the monthly drip. Label founding members also get a 45-minute call every month for the first 12 months with a Creative's Flow Ecosystem team member. Foundation founding seats include email access for questions for as long as the seat renews. The monthly plans stay open alongside them.

How do I apply for distribution?
Through the label inquiry page. You confirm three things, that you are a registered business or ready to become one, that your catalog is live or your first release is ready, and that you own or control the masters, then describe the catalog. Every qualified inquiry is reviewed personally.
